If you remember something regarding the three-track circus mounted between renewables energies and the current regime in Mexico, that was just the beginning of this spicy candy into the enormous piñata that is Mexico.
In case you don’t remember, I strongly recommend reading this post to catch up first:

One day after the energetic reform was approved by the Senate, a district judge instructed a temporal suspension in the application of this new reform after the protection presented by a photovoltaic company.

The energetic companies are the most affected by the new reform, so they consider the government is violating the constitutional principles to a free competence, granting special conditions to the CFE (State-Owned electric utility) over the private companies, most of them renewables ones.

According to the judge (second district judge) who’s specialized in economic competence in Mexico City, he has determined the suspension must benefit every company that has been participated in the electric market.

This decision opens a legal battle to stop any alteration to the Electric Industry, which was approved by the Senate on March 4th.
Besides, the companies that were being affected, environmentalist groups foreseeing present protection initiatives to challenge a law that doesn’t match the right to a healthy environment previously stated in the Constitution.

Are there new public enemies..?

There are new public enemies for this regime and those are no more or less than the district judges that were emitted suspensions to the cynical reform.

Juan Pablo Gómez Fierro granted three more suspensions against the energetic reform promoted by President López, that were issued for private companies.
Immediately, President López by himself sending over a letter to the Minister-President of the Supreme Court (SCJN), Arturo Záldivar, to starting an inquiry to clarify the decision of the judge regarding concede the first protections for two electric companies.
So besides, this chain of events, the first district judge Rodrigo de la Peza López Figueroa granted another bunch of suspensions with general effects against the electric reform.

Finally, every person with the smallest sense of prudence and decency, who interfere by his/her own conviction or even better because they are respecting the law, with the plans of this regime, becomes immediately the enemy of the republic, because your conservatism is threatening to the project of the nation and the selfless transformation, hence, for those acts you will be considered as a traitor.

I’m not a journalist and so far away to be, however, this post is part of my word spreading and my right of free expression.
This text has been written in English to be able to reach other groups and communities that are a bit away from our nation.
